Because our products are digital in nature, refunds work differently from physical goods.


Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Digital Courses & Downloads

    • Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded the materials.

    • Once the course is accessed beyond this limit, it is non-refundable.

  2. Hosting & Service Plans

    • Monthly and annual hosting/service plans may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no setup work or domain registration has been completed.

    • Setup fees, domain names, and customization work are non-refundable.

  3. Custom Projects & Design Work

    • Due to the time and effort involved, custom design, development, or consulting services are non-refundable once work has started.


Sale Items

Discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Since our products are digital and services-based, exchanges are not applicable.


Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
